Setup Notes

Create a Google Cloud project, enable the Google Search Console API, and add an OAuth client.

Use https://content.interactivedallas.com/api/gsc/oauth/callback as the authorized redirect URI in Google Cloud Console.

OAuth tokens are stored server-side in encrypted local JSON for this phase. Database persistence is marked as a TODO in the Google utility layer.
